We understand that communication is a key to getting deals done. We make sure that there is a constant flow of information to all of the constituents involved. We recognize that a deal cannot be closed unless it has the support of all requisite parties, and we endeavor to make sure at least one member of every deal team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for the inevitable issues which occur.
