Easyriders, Inc., through Paisano Publications, Inc. and other wholly owned subsidiaries, is involved in various businesses, including: (i) publishing special-interest magazines, (ii) selling branded motorcycle apparel and accessories through a mail-order catalogue, events and franchise stores, (iii) producing motorcycle and tattoo-related events, and (iv) franchising retail stores to market its branded motorcycle apparel and accessories.Professionals of M&A Capital were hired to assist Easyriders in maximizing its enterprise value, including marketing its businesses for sale.
The transaction concluded with Easyriders' original owner, Mr. Joseph Teresi, purchasing Easyriders through the payment of cash, waiver of certain of Mr. Teresi's claims against Easyriders, and the assumption of certain obligations of the company by Mr. Teresi.
